There are two main types of service that AllCom offers:
There are several different ways you can sign up. You can sign up directly
on line for either Switched or ByPass service, and for accuracy, this is
the preferred method of signing up for service. There standard switched long
distance plan is called the NationWide Plan. There is a special international
switched plan called the WorldWide Plan that offers a 23.6% discount off
of the NationWide international rates, but the interstate rate is 1 cent
per minute higher (5.9 cents/minute). However, if you're doing mostly
international calls, then choose the WorldWide Plan. Click here to compare

Do you want the best of both worlds? Sign up for the switched long distance NationWide plan, then request you add the ByPass Service. You'll get the great 1 second billing increment for domestic calls, then you can use the ByPass plan to call your international calls and get the same international rate as the WorldWide plan. The only disadvantage is that the billing increments on the ByPass plan are 1 minute while the billing increments on the WorldWide plan are 1 second (after the initial 60 second minimum).
However, if you don't feel comfortable signing up on-line, you have two additional options:
1. Call 1-866-821-9302 and an AllCom customer service representative will take down your phone number and all the other appropriate long distance setup information for changing your service. They may ask you for our agency number, and this is C2078. The only disadvantage of calling the 866-821-9302 number is that as AllCom has 10 different rate plans, the "order taker" person at AllCom would not know the particular plan you have been quoted from our agency, but by giving our agency number (N2078 for the NationWide Plan, W2078 for the WorldWide plan) to the order taker, you will get the plan as described. As an authorized agent of AllCom, out of the 10 rate plans that AllCom offers, we have chosen to offer AllCom's lowest rate plan that they have available. AllCom only accepts new orders from independent agents as independent agents have been found to better serve the customer wanting to switch long distance services, i.e., you can't directly sign up at AllCom's web site, only through independent agents. Before calling AllCom's customer service representative, you're welcome to call our agency, CTS, Incorporated of Virgina, at 1-800-267-8276 if you have any questions (Mon-Sat: 9am-11pm; Sun: 1pm-11pm Eastern Standard Time).
2. Download our paper forms, print out the form, then fax (or mail) the form back to us.
