Spamming is "the act of sending out of unsolicited email messages to those who have not requested such messages". In an effort to help reduce the volume of unwanted email you are receiving, you may register your email address on the "National Email Anti-spamming Registry".
Registration is free!!!
There is no guarantee that by registering your email address, you will not receive any additional unsolicited email. It is hoped that this service will help reduce your unsolicited email messages.
You may register your email address for inclusion on the registry. Once on the registry, you may also request that your email address be taken off of the registry.
To properly register (or unregister) from this list, your email message request must transmit your valid email address as the first line of the email transmission, i.e., your email software should not suppress your email address on the "From:" line that we receive.
The registration (or unregistration) does not have to have any "Subject" or "Message" area filled out -- the only information that will be used will be your email address which follows the "From:" on the first line of the email header. Some email programs add your first/last name in front of your email address. If your name is included with this email address, we will attempt to remove the name leaving only the email address for inclusion in the registry.
To add your name to the registry, click in the "ADD" box. If you have already added your name and wish it to be removed from the registry, click on the "REMOVE" box.
